$125,000 Recovered for the Victim of a Faulty Elevator

Terry & Thweatt represented an office worker injured by an elevator that malfunctioned and was not properly maintained.  Our client sustained injuries that required surgical intervention for treatment.  A suit was filed against the elevator maintenance company and the building management company for negligently failing to properly maintain and repair the elevator before the incident occurred.  The case was settled at mediation for $125,000.
